I’m Rim Abdallah, a licensed Lebanese dietitian, with an “ Anti-food- restrictions” mindset, graduated from Saint Joseph University (USJ) with a BSC in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2021.
Started my career since 2021 combining my passion for food, nutrition, and fitness, my goal is to help each of my clients find a healthy and happy relationship with food and exercise.
I’ve been meeting different types of people with different goals and perspectives, I learned that each person’s healthy lifestyle definition differs.
Being healthy is much more than counting calories and exercising a lot to burn those calories

My story
My Story, like many young women, while I was in school, around 15 years old, I was trapped in a vicious cycle of dieting and binge eating. I was looking for fast results, magic herbal tea and tried fad diet! Did I lose weight? Yes. Did I maintain my ideal weight? No
Crash diets and diet pills don’t work in the long run.
My degree in Nutrition and Dietetics played a major role in my journey to discovering that balance is the only way to achieve long-lasting results.
